Replidyne shall have the right to modify all forecasts provided pursuant to Section 4.2 (Forecasts) hereof but shall not have the right to modify or cancel the Purchase Order, if for any reason DSP decides to alter the exclusive license granted to Replidyne under the License Agreement to become a non-exclusive license, including without limitation pursuant to Section 8.3 of the License Agreement, provided, however, that DSP shall postpone such alteration of the exclusive license to a non-exclusive license until the Drug Substance of such Purchase Order is used up for the manufacturing of the Drug Product and such Drug Product has been sold by Replidyne in the ordinary course of its business, but such postpone period shall not exceed twelve (12) months.
